Expert in analyzing and defining the learning audience, as well as recommending a tailored learning experience for that audience
Experience with writing Level 1 surveys to gauge reaction to the course/program
Experience with designing Level 2 evaluations to gauge if learning took place and if the learning objectives were met
Some experience performing Level 3 & 4 evaluations
Advocate for writing evaluations first, then designing the learning experience around the evaluation (the end goal) and the learning objectives
